Tyler (sales) was professional and friendly, covered everything in first meeting. Misquoted me, but honoured original quote (under quoted). The colour consultant wasn't the friendliest, insulted colour choices (over phone) but instead of offering constructive criticism and taking the opportunity to come to the house to see it in person and help guide me, she ended the conversation. Overall, happy with the end result; with minimal disruption and the price was the lowest of the three quotes I received.

We're glad to hear this customer was happy with her kitchen but not sure where the miscommunication with our colour consultant happened. We offered colour consultation at a minimal fee but she chose not to pay for an on-site visit and asked us to help her over the phone. It is challenging to provide colour advice without seeing all the other finishings in person and by photos only. We highly recommend that our clients meet with us in person to help them choose and finalize their colour selections.
