Did not arrive in 2 weeks as promised. Arrived in 6 weeks. Did not complete work in scheduled time. Asked for more money in addition to contract. Finally arrived to complete work; had to be prompted twice to complete work. Work was finally completed for contracted price.

I can appreciate that this was 3 years ago, but we always wish to ensure that our clients are happy with the work and that it is done as soon as possible. One thing I can say is at that time, there were so many emergencies and so many people without power that needed our help that it did take longer than expected to complete. For that we apologize.
