A job well done! Dustin called ahead to let me know he could get to me earlier if I so wanted. I did, and he arrived 5 minutes later.

We have had both our carpets & dryer vent cleaned by the team at Alpha & are thoroughly pleased with both services. Mike worked his magic on our carpets & was super polite, professional & knowledgable. We had just moved into our home & some of the carpet had visible stains and discolouration from dirt...after the carpets were cleaned & dried they looked impressively better. We opted for the stain guard & that has worked well for us (we have an active toddler)...It's been a few months since we've had them cleaned and since then, there's been a few spills but we've been able to easily clean them up without any issues. The Dryer technician also did a great job & left everything tidy...he even managed to pull out some strange things from the vent including a few souvenirs (Couple of Cd's,toque, mittens, socks..) left behind from the previous owners. The Dryer performs more efficiently & all in all a great experience with both services. I would highly recommend Alpha!

We booked Alpha to do our vent cleaning after their great job with our carpets. Dustin and his partner were very pleasant, explained the process and got right to work. There is a fair amount of noise while the cleaning is in process and they even offered us earplugs. We are very happy with the results.
The only issue we had is that one of our floor vents was damaged.

Best carpet cleaning ever! The technician, Micheal, was extremely polite and very thorough. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly. Other family members have also had very positive experiences with Alpha!

Had both carpet cleaning and duct cleaning done earlier this week after a move. Andrew did a great job cleaning the carpets and a couple of grease stains came right out. Duct cleaning however...well, they were doing fine until they started blowing out the vents (after they supposedly sucked up all the dust and debris) and somehow dust came right out and dirtied the floors/windows/house that we just just spent 2 days cleaning and scrubbing! I had to vacuum the floors and wiped down the windows/baseboards etc. all over again! So needless to say I probably won't use their duct cleaning again.

Life with cats and carpets. Cats + carpet just don't work together. Well, I tried to go against the nature and I risked putting these two elements in contact. It was an instant match made in heaven. There seems to be a fatal attraction between cat hair and carpets. Once they touch each other, they are inseparable forever. Well, "forever" was reduced to only a few months since I discovered the magic of Alpha Carpets Cleaning. :-) I don't need to say more, really. let's just say that "forever" is a very relative concept. :-)
