Hasib and Safi did a great job with the delivery up 2 sets of stairs, plus haul away of same!
It should have been a 4-person delivery (Hm Depot oversight), but given our existing fridge had stopped working, Hasib and Safi persevered and did the delivery without issues! Great service, and very thankful..

I'm not sure where to start. The initial phone call was unprofessional, but you give it some leeway because their last delivery may have been rough. Then they get to the door, rang the doorbell multiple times in rapid succession and banged on the glass (not the door), all within the 20 seconds it took me to get from the couch to the door. The delivery went downhill from there. The two men came in (only one spoke) and was very abrupt and rude, not wanting to do what I had paid for in delivering, unpacking, and taking the packaging away (does it cost them to do so?). Began to swear, using a string of 4-letter words at me. When I told them that that language is not used in this house he ignored me and continued on. Told me to sign the delivery form before they had completed the task (swearing all the while). When I said they needed to finish before I could sign it he was not happy about it (not that he was before he arrived). They finally left and I called the company I bought the dishwasher from to talk to them about my experience. They seemed to know exactly who I was talking about (why do they keep using this delivery service then?). As I was on the phone with them the two men returned to my door to yell at me some more. When they came in they had left the front door wide open. Not that they would have known, but we have an indoor cat. When I was escorting them to the door to leave I noticed the front door open. Wanting to get past them to close the door I told them I needed to close the door because we have a cat that needs to stay inside and put my hand on their shoulder to get by. Apparently the quiet driver told the vocal one that I had pushed him as they were in their vehicle leaving and recounting this last delivery. They had driven away and purposefully driven back to have a face-to-face confrontation with me. I didn't open the door but that didn't stop them from yelling at me on the porch and calling me twice, trying to get me to answer. Once I was off the phone with the initial company I called Cascadia Delivery to lodge a formal complaint. But that didn't seem to go anywhere. Whether it's because the owner is friends with these delivery drivers or something else, you can tell when it's falling on deaf ears. Comments like "We've had nothing but great reviews about them" and "Well, they're telling me a different story so I can't tell who's deceiving me" lead me to believe that my comments about the experience will fall into the void. I have told the company I bought the dishwasher from to put a note on my file to NEVER send these delivery drivers to me again. Ever. In fact, two ladies from the company I bought the dishwasher from called me back a while later to see how I was doing, as the experience left me shaken and trembling. My husband wasn't home, and having this happen was very unsettling and scary. It is beyond my comprehension as to how this company and these drivers are still in business.

I see others have had a similar horrible experience. The driver was rude. He dropped my home depot washer and in the hallway blocking my bedroom and didn't hook up or put in place as promised. After talking with Cascadia, they offered no immediate solution.

These guys delivered for Costco.

They missed the first appliance delivery, scheduled second one two weeks later, the delivery guys did not open the box saying that only installer should open the box. Turned out they damaged the appliance and wanted to pass that to us. In any event we called c0stco and got a replacement. they wasted 4 weeks of our time and the lead delivery person was dishonest about damaged product.

Ordered a sofa from wayfair. First attempt failed because they purposely changed the delivery time and they did it again for 2nd time. No explanation or call. They don’t respect and keep their promises

They delivered all our appliances for home depot within the time frame specified. Really nice delivery guys -- they even went out of their way to come back to our house after they had already left the area to fix a minor thing on the fridge that was delivered, really highly appreciated!!

They are the worst company to deal with and horrible customer service. They are not worth dealing with . Plenty of other great companies out there. Avoid avoid avoid avoid

Awful communication. Told us the night before they would not be delivering the time we asked - switched to morning instead of afternoon. Refused to change. no-one knows what the other is doing. Even sent a survey which did not work. Don't think they want to get feedback.

I do not hesistate to say this has been a truly terrible experience dealing with Cascadia. After more than 6 attempts, and many wasted hours, we have yet to receive all of our products due to repeated mistakes made by the company and failure to deliver our appliances to the correct addresses. Speaking directly with customer service or the drivers seemed to get no where as we were told the appliances that arrived at the wrong project couldn’t be redirected and would have to be unloaded and the delivery attempted another day.

This is the 3rd time I have this delivery re-scheduled, and no one showed up.
The first time, the guys dropped of the fridge and said that the next morning someone is coming to install, but no one came for the whole weekend.
The 2nd time, the guys came and said that the fridge is too big to move into the house. I confirmed with Home Depot and it is no problem at all.
Today it is the 3rd time, and no one showed up and their phone message saying they are currently.
What kind of service is that? This is the worst service I have ever had. They should not exist in this market at all.
