Awful communication. Told us the night before they would not be delivering the time we asked - switched to morning instead of afternoon. Refused to change. no-one knows what the other is doing. Even sent a survey which did not work. Don't think they want to get feedback.
I do not hesistate to say this has been a truly terrible experience dealing with Cascadia. After more than 6 attempts, and many wasted hours, we have yet to receive all of our products due to repeated mistakes made by the company and failure to deliver our appliances to the correct addresses. Speaking directly with customer service or the drivers seemed to get no where as we were told the appliances that arrived at the wrong project couldn’t be redirected and would have to be unloaded and the delivery attempted another day.
This is the 3rd time I have this delivery re-scheduled, and no one showed up.
The first time, the guys dropped of the fridge and said that the next morning someone is coming to install, but no one came for the whole weekend.
The 2nd time, the guys came and said that the fridge is too big to move into the house. I confirmed with Home Depot and it is no problem at all.
Today it is the 3rd time, and no one showed up and their phone message saying they are currently.
What kind of service is that? This is the worst service I have ever had. They should not exist in this market at all.
Purchased a bedroom set from Wayfair and found out it was being delivered and assembled by Cascadia Distribution. Honestly, i was pretty nervous after reading all the reviews that were so negative. The bed did arrive a little later than Wayfair had estimated so my g/f had to duck out of work to let them into the house. They called me about 30 minutes prior to arriving which was perfect. They entered the townhouse and carried the relatively heavy and bulky items up through two flights of stairs without any damage to the walls. They moved our mattress out of the way and assembled the bed quickly and efficiently and placed the matress back on top. They made sure to clean up after themselves and ensured perfect placement of all the items. I couldn't be happier!!
Ordered W&D from homedepot, waited 3 weeks, on the delivery day, two guys showed up, came up to our codo, took one look at the washer, saw the hoses are still attached on the faucet ( how long do you think for us to unscrewed it? ) One guy Shouted at us twice " I call you half an hour ago, why are you not ready for me, I don't have time for you" and LEFT THE BUILDING WITHOUT DELIVERYING THE ITEMS WE WAITED 3 WEEKS AND PAID FOR.
The delivery guys claimed that if the W&D were not disconnected, they can't do the delivery which is fine however at this point, W&D were still in the truck, how long do you think is going to take him to go down 29th floor by elevator and bring up the W&D and stack the W&D and how long do you think it take for us to unscrew the hoses from the faucet if we had the tools to do it?
I have already explained to the guys when they arrived that we have tried out best unplugging anything we could, turned off the water supplies, we just didn't have the tool to unscrew the hoses from the faucets, we would like to borrow their tool if possible ( assuming if they are installing the W&D, they will need to screw the hoses to the faucets, they for sure will have the tools ).
I never expect that a W&D delivery, stacking and installation can be done in less than 30 sec because apparently he didn't even have 30 secs "Wait". It wasn't like he has already brought up the W&D and has been waiting for another God knows how long for us to mess around with unscrewing the hoses. Extremely disappointed at the service.
The situation could have been handled better, these two particular delivery guys were very rude, unprofessional and represented the company very poorly. I surely hope not everyone in this company are like that or homedepot really should have started considering a different 3rd party delivering service.
Best experience I've had with a delivery company. They were polite and answered all of my questions. The delivery crew was well dressed and went over and above all expectations. Overall this was a great experience- A+
They were very bad because they didn't complete what was on the order form. We said to assemble the fridge in the kitchen but they assembled it in the living room. There was enough space to assemble the fridge in the kitchen and it clearly stated it must be in the kitchen. When we tried to phone the company, they do not even answer!! We are very unsatisfied!!
Inexperienced, ill-prepared delivery staff sent to deliver appliances. No tools, not even a pen to sign delivery. Damaged appliances during process. Have been waiting for over 3 months to get replacement articles because now have to select different appliances.
