We got 3 quotes for the job of replacing 5 large windows and 4 exterior doors in a triplex. John of A&J windows was competitive in pricing, but more importantly, was a guys that I felt that I could trust. And I was right. The total experience was excellent. Quality of the product and the installation was top notch. He always took my calls and was flexible when we had to move dates around. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

I used A&J Windows and Doors in 2017 when I replaced the doors and windows of my house and it was therefore natural to turn to John to get an estimate when I needed a window and door for the walkout entrance that I installed in my basement. The estimate I received was fair and more competitive than estimates from other suppliers, so I confirmed with John my plans to proceed. John was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the project -- especially considering the delays caused by other contractors in getting the basement work finished and the openings readied. His focus on customer-service is unparalleled, and the door and window that were installed are very good quality and meet all of my expectations.

A&J did a fantastic job with our new front and back doors, plus three sets of windows throughout our house. Their pricing was highly competitive and the service was excellent. John was very nice and communicative, and Jose and his installation team did a great job and were very efficient. Third time I've used A&J Windows since 2012 and each time was dealt with professionally, efficiently and in a friendly manner -- fully satisfied with the windows and the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend John at all. 7 windows in total - 3 on this last job and the installer Jose, was prompt, skillful and left the rooms clean. 5 Stars for sure.

I reached out to A&J Windows & Doors due in large part to the reviews theyve received. I most certainly was not disappointed. John was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. While I had been looking to replace both the entrance and storm doors, after coming out to take a look for himself, John was very honest and helpful in explaining why he advised against changing out the main door. That pretty much confirms this company is not in it just to make a buck! Proceeding with a new storm door, Johns attention to detail during the install did not go unnoticed and I couldnt be more pleased with the new door; not to mention its curb appeal. If you are looking for windows or doors, you definitely want to give A&J WIndows and Doors a call!
