From the start John was helpful and guided us through the process. There was no sales pressure and John gave us good advice on what suited our budget and needs. He kept us informed while we waited for the windows to be manufactured. Once the windows were ready he told us in advance about the installation date so that we could prepare the house. John's crew laid down drop sheets and worked diligently. They were neat and paid attention to detail. The overall experience was excellent.
