The team at Diverse Flooring are great at what they do. I was replacing a poorly installed engineered hardwood floor in a condo. Shawn noticed right away that the original floor wasn't flat. Despite the extra expense and time to get it fixed, they still finished the job on time. Their work is top quality. As you are aware it is so important to have the floor with in manufacturers requirements in order to have a proper installation and warranty on both material and labour. It takes a little longer to do it right and may add expense, but in the long run the floor will look, feel and preform properly and have much more longevity.
