I would not recommend using this company at all. They did a good job on the chimney and brick work but the stairs were extremely badly repaired. They also did not stand behind their workmanship. They blamed us for the end result. They also left cement all over our flagstone walkway which they did not clean up.

Wonderful job! When we were choosing a company to perform our project - we decided to use Image Enhanced because all of the wonderful reviews we read. My wife and I are so glad we chose Image Enhanced as they were so professional, on time and their price was unbeatable. It was so refreshing to use a company that actually delivers what they promise. THE JOB: Every year, this company has dropped flyers off in my mailbox with suggestions of work they can do to improve my home. I took them up on their offer to improve my front steps. The bottom concrete step was completely dislodged from the rest. So that needed repair. [Image: 1-Front Stairs - Damaged Step - Front View.jpeg]. They also suggested to resurface the entire staircase to which I agreed.

QUALITY OF WORK: When they completed the job in November 2013, everything looked fine but I was completely disappointed when I realized the stairs started cracking and the resurfacing started to flake off as early as March 2014. [Images: 2-Front Stairs - Flake - Front View.jpeg, 3-Front Stairs - Cracks.jpeg and 4-Front Stairs - First Step Crack.jpeg] (Note: I NEVER used salt nor a metal shovel on the steps, just some eco-friendly pellets and a plastic shovel.) When I brought it to their attention, they blamed it on the extraordinary winter we had (with the Ice Storm). A relative of mine remarked that they hadn't roughed the underlying surface enough for the resurfacing material to adhere to it so that was probably the root cause. One of the supervisors, Clayton, from Image Enhanced offered to do a 'touch up'. He positioned it as an exception as he made it clear that they don't warranty the work and he's more or less doing me a favour. When they came to do the 'touch up' in May/June 2014, they had actually redone the entire surface layer and left a job that left no cracks but looked completely unfinished. They said they were finished but if you look at it, it looks as though some white chemical spilled over my stairs. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Both of jobs took relatively quick. I have no issue with their contractors, punctuality, timeliness or follow up. 'Clayton' and 'Doyun' were very responsive and followed up after each job to ensure it was completed to satisfaction.

PRICE: I've never had a job like this done so I'm not sure if $1,500 is a really good or really bad price for the work I needed. Most other companies were charging a little more (~$2,000), so I'm not sure if that was the market price and I got a really cheap job or if they were overcharging and I got a fair price. I would gladly pay more for a better quality job.

I read all of your reviews below, and similar to your other clients, I'm so happy that my wife and I chose your company. The final project appeared as if the restoration work was never performed. We are still in awe regarding the colour match on the bricks and mortar, they were perfect. We look forward to using your company in the summer for our next project. Called for a quote to spot grind and spot tuck point entire left chimney from ground up. Ted came within the next few days. We then requested additional quote for additional work. Couldn't confirm if it was required until they were doing the work- but it would be no more than an additional $400. It was not required, and the repair person was polite and worked till he finished the work. He removed as much of the debris as possibly, given it was already dark! I would recommend this company.

Image Enhanced Inc - my husband and I were very pleased with your workmanship. Our home was built in the 40's and we were not sure if the damaged bricks and mortar joints could be colour matched. We are so happy that we used your company - the final outcome was amazing (the tuck-pointing repairs were flawless and the bricks were a great match).
