Bought a home that was a former rental and Frank did an excellent job of cleaning 20 years of pet hair, dirt, and debris out of the ducts and vents. He was very professional and personable, taking the time to answer all my questions. Thank you for a job well done!

Outstanding family run business

Cambridge

We cannot say enough nice things about Orsan Air Services.
Once again we had our homes air ducts cleaned and again are extremely satisfied with their quality,value and service provided. Customer service and technical service

The professional service provided by their technician Boston was exceptional. He immediately offered to wear a mask which we appreciated, explained all the procedures and maintained an absolutely impeccable clean work space.

duct cleaning

I thought they die a good job, but when they cleaned the exhaust vent in bathroom they broke the clip holding it up. Jnstead of telling us they broke a $8 dollar part they hid it and used duct tape to hide it. Well the duct tape wore out and the part fell tearing the drywall. Very unprofessional

If I could give them a 6 stars out of 5 I would. First off I was late running doing toy drive drop offs for Christmas donations. The Orsan tech waited 30 minutes for me , he was super friendly and never said a word about my tardiness. He then had to move stuff around that I should have had moved for him. I will formally apologize and I will catch up to him and do something special for him. As well technician left no mess in the house couldn't tell he was there. Done in under 3 hours.... Boom!

My house is now running much more efficient that we turned temp down from 20c to 18c . The dryer
is also drying clothes faster. We will save money and time from Orsan's service.
