Frank was easy to talk to on the phone to book apt. No pressure.
Workers Taylor and Tom were On time, friendly, careful with their equipment in our house, explained work process, allowed me to watch them work.
Left house for a short time and trusted them near our personal belongs in bed rooms and and storage room.
Friendly with out family dog around them.
Sold us a electrostatic air filter with no pressure. Allowed me to google search it before buying.

Will have them back again in 4-5 years for a cleaning.
