I purchased an IKEA kitchen assuming that I would use IKEA's recommended installer, but when they quoted almost $7000 to take out the old kitchen and install the new one I went looking elsewhere.
How lucky I was to find Traian! He was so patient with me as we went back and forth over email to try and get me the best quote possible (I ended up taking out most of the old kitchen myself).
His installers always arrived on time and finished the job when they said they would. Traian himself could give lessons on customer service. He went WAY ABOVE and beyond what he needed to to make sure I was happy and taken care of, right down to driving to IKEA to meet me and make sure my counters were all the same colour.
