Move

This was my first ever move and didn't know what to expect. Couldn't have done it without these guys. Had a big, heavy sofa couch moved from a basement to my loft and didn't realize it was so hard to move. They provided plastic bins which made packing things easy and shrink or pad wrapped my furniture pieces. Well recommended if you are looking for some decent movers.

Condo Move

I just wanted to say how appreciative I am for the friendly, professional service provided by everyone in the company from the sales manager to the movers that showed up. They were punctual, polite, and harding working. God only know how tough it is to move and these guys made this transition a whole lot less stressful. I also liked the flat rate option offered and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. Keep up the good work!

Condo move

From beginning to end, this company showed professionalism all the way. Ryan was very organized, dropped off and picked up enviro-boxes when he said he would, confirming timing along the way. Ronan and Marcus showed up on moving day, were professional, polite and precise! Worked on a very tight timeline and got the job done. The prices were reasonable with no surprise extras. Exceptional service and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Quite surprised by the level of service! I wasn't sure what to expect since it was my first time hiring professional movers. Someone from the company came to my place to give me an estimate on the move and within half an hour of a visual inspection, I was emailed a professional proposal outlining the price and procedures along with the moving date. The move went smoothly and would highly recommend this company.

Priority 1 Moving made my move their priority! I was moving out of my basement suite at the end of August and hired some movers. On the morning of the move the movers didn't show up. I phoned them and their manager basically told me they wouldn't be able to show up till late afternoon due to some schedule conflict. As I needed to be out by 1:00pm I didn't have much time to find some replacement movers. Lucky for me Priority 1 Moving was able to come and their sales manager - Ryan came along to make sure I was out by 1:00pm. I'm very much appreciative of their efforts and should have used them in the first place.

Great company! The price was all inclusive. Packing services into tote bins, packing paper, shrink wrap, furniture pads with delivery and pickup included in the price of the move. A team of 4 arrived on the day of the move. The packing was done by 2 of the movers while the other 2 shrink wrapped and pad wrapped all of my furniture items. If you want to hire professional movers and have the price known upfront, go with Priority 1 Moving.

Having been through numerous moves, I've learned that what you pay for is what you get. If you want cheap cheap cheap movers then either get beer & dinner for friends and rent a truck (altogether costs almost $300!) and potentially break your back, break your things and break your friendship or go to craigslist and hire at your risk. Just like most products in the world, what you pay is what you get.

I found Priority 1 Moving off of craigslist. They were professional from the get-go. Movers wrapped everything, the truck didn't have graffiti and they were not a cash only business and excepted visa. Their level of service exceeded my expectations and rivals that of a higher priced moving company but at an affordable price. Would definately recommend them to anyone needing moving services.

Had a small 1 bedroom condo to move. Went without a hitch. Movers were on time, polite and did everything they promised. Sales guy was not pushy and gave me an accurate estimate of the time it would take to do my move. I recommend using them.

I required moving help for my 2 bedroom townhouse move from Vancouver to Richmond. My place had LOTS of stuff to be moved so I was scared of the cost. A sales rep from Priority 1 Moving named Ryan came to do an estimate and assured me the move could be done for $650 everything included. He emailed me a quote within minutes after the walk through. Other places I asked quoted me $75/hr for 2 movers and gave me a range of between 4-5 hrs but I was sure they were under quoting me on purpose because the last time I moved it took 8 hrs with less stuff!

Not only was the quote competitive but they threw in plastic tote bins which are a marvel for moving. On the day of the move 3 guys showed up for the move and I was amazed at how well they packed a truck. Every square inch was used. My furniture was wrapped all nicely and the move took 6 hours total with the help of the 3rd mover. Extremely professional and every time I refer them to a coworker or friend I get $25! Well recommended.

Coming to do an estimate is important so we can prepare both the client and our employees for a successful move. The furniture wrapping is normal in order to ensure your items can be safely moved. We thank you for your business and the best complement to us is a referral.
