We are very impressed with Ersin's customer service from Toronca. He came and gave us a great price for our fences. They constructed the fences for all the neighbours around us too. Their service was incredible. Ersin came and quoted us a good price and completed all the fencing in our area in less than 2 weeks, which was faster
than we expected. Their work was very clean and tidy. They didn't leave any soil messes on our grass and they didn't damage our grading. Since we are in a newly built area we were very
worried about our grading and deposit and Toronca was a great company to choose because they were very careful in constructing our fencing without damaging our
grading. Also the material of their fences and the designs are very solid, thick and they have many beautiful designs. Way to go Toronca we are very proud of your work and Ersin's

I find this business to be highly unreliable. They have poor customer service and business ethics. They do not keep their word as they will give you an anticipated start date and completion date, however will not come even close to honouring their promise. You will be forced to chase after them with calls/texts week after week to enquire into when they will return to finish the job that they left incomplete. When you actually do get a response, they will lead you to believe that they will be there at a certain date, but again will not show up. I have had a very frustrating experience with this business and I deeply regret hiring this company.
If you want a stress free experience, look for a reputable and reliable company who cares for your business.

TOR ON CA just finish our fence (and 12 additional houses on Peter Rupert@Halo). They did a great job, in a matter time. Fence look just beautiful, they worked hard and I'm very satisfied with them. Also their prices are the best

I do not Recommended this Company @ a tall, they initially good but after signing papers to do fence work they are not finishing in timely manner, too many false promises. and very unrealistic committment, my neighbour and I called almost 15 times and work not started from 6 month in summer . Stay out of It.

First class individuals. Toronca was more than willing to come back and replace the footings for our deck to bring them to code but it turned out that they were passed by the city anyway. I have now planned to have them come back and build a lower landing to the 2nd story deck.

I do agree 100% with review Bond from Vaughan. They seems to know what they are doing, but lots of details are missing and after you pay in full, unlikely you see them back for your problems. In addition to these problems by contract they should have provided permit for deck (were paid for), but a year later still waiting for it, because trusted people telling you they have the permit, but too busy to bring it...Don't trust them! So many phone calls and broken promises! Over a year so many times they promised to come and never did, nobody cares you take time off from work to meet with them. If you need to hire them to do some work, never pay them in full before you get what you supposed to get. Would never recommend to my friends, although they got two customers from me before. Never again, because people are not satisfied with their job too.

The company seems to be good at first, but after inspection of the work, there are lots of short cuts taken that compromise the end result. They are impossible to get a hold of when they need to come back and address the issues, just keep promising to remedy the problems and never show up. Save yourself the anxiety and hassles, because after you pay for the work, you'll likely be ignored regarding any defects you might notice. Very unprofessional customer service and I'm highly disappointed with how they treat their clients.

After much research, we called Toronca to provide us with an estimate for a deck. At the time we had no idea what we wanted because our lot was not a standard square lot,but a pie shaped one. We changed our drawings over 4 times and Arson and his crew were so great and accommodated us each time. Any other contractor would have walked away out of frustration!
We were very nervous not sure what the deck would look like once built. But boy were we in for a surprise! The fellow who came out to build the deck was awesome. The deck was built in 2 days and it is magnificent. Great quality and workmanship. We love it. Thanks Toronca!!

Great job these guys have done putting up our fence. One of the best prices out there for putting up fences. I did a lot of research before hiring them and found they had great reviews and do a thorough job. I completely agree and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a fence installed.
