Toronca fence Did our new subdivision in Brampton we had many different companies come by for quotes after our first time meeting the owner my Neighbors and I felt very comfortable with him From the beginning we had great communication everything was clear on paper price is very competitive in the market concrete was from the cement truck not like other companies mix the cement in the hole once the job was finish he personally comes by to check on the job quality what I liked the most all the garbage was cleaned the same night they finish I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Driveway destroyed by lumber company, accessed backyard through neighbours yard without asking permission, left all garbage behind, missed putting 19 screws that holds glass railing on second story deck, built without permit when that was the first questioned asked during our quote and confirmed that they handle that stuff, used crappy lumber, installed broken boards and never came back to replace them, multiple times we were told they were coming back, our deck pales in comparison to all our neighbours decks built after by Otto. The end result was our deck was not built up to code and we've now had to put additional money into our deck with another company because multiple corners were cut.

In spite of all the challenges to get a brokered neighborhood deal, Toronca persisted! He came back negotiated the deal to keep his promise. Entire job done in time promised. Excellent service.

After getting a quote for a deck and signing a contract, attempting to get this company to dig holes was like pulling teeth. Spoke to Erhan to set up a date and time only to have him not show and not call. Another attempt was made the following evening to which we were told he was 20 minutes away from our home only to yet again not show up or provide a phone call. Extremely rude since we made arrangements with our workplace to be home and available. They clearly like taking fencing jobs only. I would have preferred honesty from the beginning if they had no intention of doing the job instead of wasting my time. Unfortunate, as I have many friends in new subdivisions who need fences/decks and would have gladly recommended.

The company worked well. They fell behind because of the weather, but completed the job and were very friendly. They finished part of my fence 2 years ago and came to complete the final part this year. He also replied quickly to emails (but difficult to get a hold of by phone, so if you have any concerns I recommend emailing them).

After a rough start to a company-customer relationship things have improved dramatically. The business owner reached out and was very personable. We spoke about my concerns and he addressed them all. Very pleased with how things turned around and my opinion of this company has dramatically improved.
It was mostly bad timing but now I do recommend this company.

Erhan quoted to install fences in our new subdivision, and was very patient and helpful during the initial selection process. He walked our group through the various options, costs, and designs. We had many questions during the first meeting, and he took the time to address them all. The prices were very reasonable for the type of fence we chose, and also for the options added.

During the installation, his team was courteous and friendly. All debris was removed quickly, and the results speak for themselves. The fence looks fantastic, and feels sturdy and sound.

I would certainly recommend Toronca again to anyone looking for fence and deck work!

Fence done in Upper Unionville new subdivision area, great pricing and job quality compared to other competitor (such as GCU, strongly recommend don't use GCU, don't need to mention too much here as the other reviewers already elborated in details), deal with both busy owners run the company. This is understandable all contractors are busy and may or may not be able to get the jobs done on time. Me and our neighbors had good experience with the service done by Toronca, One small incident where there are some residual cement was left on curbside in front of my house and dried out while Toronca was making the post foundation, the concrete was left there since last year however this company still commit their promise and came back and fixed it few days ago. Although it took awhile to get it fix however they can simply just leave me behind without bothering anything. I have spoken with both owners few times and they both said same thing to me "promise is promise", I am certain that I will refer more business to this company for any future opportunity, also wish Toronca continue to keep this business ethic to beat other competitors.

Our whole neighborhood gave a contract to put up fencing as these guys kept asking for our business. Finally one day we decided and agreed to give them the contract but it has been a nightmare since. I was promised that we will get a metal railing installed in our backyard door. However, the guy did not agree at first but then after few calls, he assured me that it would be installed in 10 days. It's been over a year now and nothing has been done. Moreover, they did not do a great job with the fencing and its not at all up-to the standards, some woods are broken or they have developed cracks. The situation is such that, he does not answer my calls anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone as they don't do a great job and they have zero customer service skills.

We agreed to do our block with Toronca, from the get go Erhan was polite and was very accommodating to any requests we had. The job was done with great care and the gates installed is very sturdy unlike some of the other flimsy ones that other fence companies install. The price was great but for us we wanted the job done right and we are pleased to say we chose the right company. I would definitely use Toronca again.
