I received excellent service: an in home estimate and pick up and delivery of the rug. RizMi shortened my rug--carpet with expensive five inch binding--by two feet. They did an outstanding job with no evidence of cutting the rug and the binding was replaced as before with metered corners. I bought it at Elte and they said it was impossible to shorten and only wanted to sell me a new rug. RizMi also thoroughly cleaned my rug and it looks like new. I would recommend this company.
