I am now in the 10 month from signing the contract with this company and still waiting for my kitchen cabinets to be fully completed. Initially there were 2 delays resulting in a 4 week set back from the original install date. When the cabinets arrived there were numerous errors and I refused to let them install. The number of times cabinet doors and mouldings had to be reordered due to improper measurement, colour mismatch, paint imperfections, including the wrong style of crown moulding are too numerous to list. This company is very slow to respond if they do at all. When they do it's a bit of lip service. You must follow up constantly. The quality of the cabinets is okay. Even the installer had difficulty with the install because the bottom of the upper cabinets didn't line up. This required another delay while a corner cabinet had to be remade. There are a few places where the installation looks like a bit of a jigsaw puzzle. In total, I believe an installer has been out 7 times. For the money spent I certainly wouldn't say this is a top custom kitchen (which I replaced due to a fire). A slide-out garbage/recycle can was supposed to be installed under the sink cabinet. No consideration was given to the depth of the sink and plumbing to accomodate the garbage can they supplied. Therefore it couldn't be used and they took it back. I can't find anything that will fit except a 5 litre storage bin which requires multiple trips to the outside garbage bin daily. I'm still waiting for my refund cheque on this item. This company has now opened another showroom location in Oakville. To say this has been a frustrating/aggravating experience is an understatement. I would never ever recommend this company to anybody.
February 2013 Update:
Full kitchen installation now almost 1 year old. Hinges are slipping. Paint is chipping in places that don't even get that much use. Light valance is cheaply covered and is bubbling. One cabinet door has warped. Still the problems with this kitchen continue. Don't waste your money!
