Boonstra Heating and Air Conditioning

We are new home owners and needed a new heating and cooling system. This was new territory for us and Glenn from Boonstra walked us through the whole process without ever making us feel overwhelmed. From the girl in the office to Glenn to the men that did the installation yesterday, everyone was friendly and so helpful! We just had a very cool comfortable sleep last night thanks so much Boonstra! Love the new high efficiency system!! Will be recommending you to all my friends n family:) From the Dosser family.

The two technicians that came were very professional and diligent. They showed up on time, made sure that they explained the procedure and set up their equipment. They laid down drops sheets and checked in with us periodically. They were both very friendly and made sure that our elderly cat was not bothered by the noise. They showed us how the equipment worked and cleaned up when they were done. It was all completed in a timely manner. The whole process was very quick, from calling in, to getting a quote, booking a date and the actual duct cleaning. We were extremely satisfied with the work that was done and will use this company again in the future.

Thanks to the amazing Installers from Boonstra, Daniel & Dan we now have a new high efficient furnace and peace of mind for the coming winter. All of the components were left working and we have no problems recommending Boonstra to our friends and colleagues. Thanks a million, Sam & Bonnie Hoover

1 AQ team Scott and Kyle did a fantastic job on our furnace and ducts. They were professional in every respect, and went over and above to ensure that our furnace was running smoothly. They even discovered that a return air vent was blocked, and repaired it for me at no extra cost. The service was certainly worth while and I recommend them without reservation! Thanks a lot guys!

Outstanding work! Clean (brought their own roll-out carpets), efficient (took 3 1/2 hours for a major multi-step process), friendly, considerate (if they weren't sure about anything, like entering a room with a closed door, they'd ask first) and, most of all, our ducts are spotless. We knew we needed the ducts cleaned, so after having a renovation done, we called Boonstra. When they showed us their filters after they were done, we were amazed at how much they actually took out of our system. Here's to breathing easier. :)

When I called the sales person named Alicia she was very helpful answered all my questions by talking to her I made up my mind that it was the company for me. Glenn the salesman was very helpful also knew just what I wanted and the right system for the house.Joe and Even did a fantastic job installing and were very polite.Top notch company would highly recommend them.

Tom and Matt did my install and from the time they rolled the red carpet out (to protect floors) to the time they were done it was the best service I have ever received. They were very neat and courteous and did a fantastic job. The whole process from calling for the first appointment to our salesperson Scott who was fantastic and taught us a lot of what we needed, to the end project, the prompt service was unexpected but greatly appreciated. The fabulous warranties I could go on and on...I would definitely recommend this company to everyone! Thank you we are extremely satisfied.

Would have rated the company 5 stars had I not had to go to very detailed paper work demonstrating Boonstra's admin and management that the service issue is fully covered by contract. All this when outside was -18 Celsius (early March 2015)...Glad, in the end things, got back on track quickly and efficiently.
