I owned a little house on a lot that was zoned for multi residential so I approached multiple firms to see who could design the best property using the space provided (our lot) and maximizing it so that when you’re in the homes they feel big and have a front and back yard. Luca Crawford design planning exceeded my expectations and delivered two homes that are new and modern, with high end finishes and attention to detail in every square inch.
