Double Diamond Duct Cleaning

I had Double Diamond come to our old house to clean the ducts and they did a great job, showing us the before and after, and explaining the process thoroughly. I decided to have them come back to clean our new house as well. They were just as professional and informative. They showed us the dirt and large items that were found in our ducts (trim, insulation, etc.) and recommended cleaning the 28 year old furnace and fogging the ducts to sterilize them of mold and allergens. I didn't even know this was possible. We have dogs and babies in the house and this recommendation was very welcome. I am completely satisfied with the work they did and would have them come back again!

I had the guys come over and clean out the vents in my 50+ year old house. They showed up a bit early which was awesome. Showed me before and after, what a difference! Even used the super vacuum to clean a bit of my carpet lol. Mike & Kyle, awesome guys that do awesome work and show you so you know that it's...wait for it...awesome!

I called DD and spoke directly to Mike, he was very professional and helpful and was able to accommodate my busy schedule with a booking over the long weekend! Mike and Mike arrived on time and were very thorough and explained what they were doing and showed us before and after's - we had just done extensive renovations and the difference was incredible. Very professional and friendly - would definitely refer them!

Kyle & Mike arrived early which was very impressive. Explained step by step the process showing me the how much dust and dirt there was in the ducts. The whole process only took 1 1/2 hours. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Mike and Kyle arrived on time which impressed me tremendously. They inspected the furnace and ducts and provided me with a report of when they found and how they will proceed to have my furnace working efficiently. At the end they gave me tips on how to maintain the equipment. Their knowledge, competencies and customer focus went a long way with me. Great job Mike and Kyle, you are a great team.

I needed the ducts cleaned for my daughter's place and googled to find the best company and Double Diamond Duct Cleaning popped up. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the owner, Mike B., that I scheduled a cleaning for my home. Mike was courteous and and informative in providing this service. He also explained the steps during the process and was able to show the results 'before' and 'after' If you have never had your home's ducts cleaned, believe me, you should and I would recommend Mike and his company - you will be surprised at what is in there.

Mike and Kyle were very friendly and knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire duct cleaning process and showed me the before/after results. They were also punctual and timely. I would recommend them to any household.
