Double Diamond Duct Cleaning

I lucked out. I found this company via Homestars and was impressed with their 5 star rating and excellent reviews. Mike R and Tyler arrived on time, shook my hand, explained the process thoroughly, showed me the vents as they worked through each room. Once the work was completed, they showed me the vents again and they were sparkling clean. I'm very pleased with their professionalism, quality of work and just general niceness (is that a word?! Lol). Mike R also gave me some sound advice regarding my HRV (is that the proper acronym?) when I asked him a few questions. I would absolutely hire them again in a heart beat.

Coming from a condo, I was clueless about furnace and vents, etc. All I knew was the reno project left a lot of dust and I needed my vents cleaned. Called and spoke to Mike who was very professional and took the time to explain my furnace and vent situation to me. Without belittling me, he spoke to me in a manner that helped me understand.

the guys showed up on time. very friendly. took the time to tell my 5yr old son what they were doing. they showed me inside the ductwork prior to starting and again when they were done. job took them about 2.5hrs to complete I also had them clean the furnace and ac while they were in there. everything looks new again. thanks guys!

I purchased a voucher on Buytopia for duct cleaning services with Diamond Duct Cleaning. We recently had major renovations in our home and needed to ensure that our ducts were cleaned for the winter. Diya and Aiman scheduled the duct cleaning for a Saturday, which happen to be during the long week end. They both showed up on time, installed their equipment, explained what they were doing, took before and after pictures. They worked as a team, professionally, clean and very well coordinated, not loosing time for small talk. I called Mike at Double Diamond to set up a cleaning once the basement Reno was finished and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The guys showed up promptly and were very thorough. They showed me all the drywall dust and cat hair that was trapped in the ducts and walked me through the process. They were fantastic! I would highly recommend them!
