Extremely dissapointed about this company, from the product to the customer service. We bought two bathroom vanities from this company back to Dec 2014 because the sales people committed that they have the cabinet we like in stock, and can be shipped out during the first week of Jan, it was actually delivered by the 2nd week of Feb, 2015, because they don't instock any cabinets, all the cabinets they sell need to be shipped from Montreal, it will take minimum 6-8weeks after the order. And during the time, nobody from Action Cabinet been reaching out to us to let us know the delay, while we will have to put our reno project on hold for extra 5weeks. After the cabinets been delivered, 7 out of 9 drawers came with broken surfaces, the technician promised they are going to come back to replace all of them. Unfortunately nobody from Action Cabinet been reaching out to us to provide the update when the new surfaces are going to arrive, until we called in today, Feb 28th, 2015, been told the order is still in Montreal, and it is going to take approx another three weeks to arrive, however that is still not a firm date we can expect to receive those surfaces. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company, will strongly recommend to AVOID using Action Cabinet for any size of project.
