Sasha was a joy to work with from start to finish. He was organized. He was courteous. He was respectful of my home. But most importantly, he did an awesome job with my basement. Everything is exactly as I wanted it and was done on schedule. Before he even got started he gave me a very thoroughly outlined breakdown of the costs so I knew exactly what I was in for. If there were any changes along the way, he was sure to consult me as to which way he should proceed. Every detail was addressed. In fact I like Sasha's work so much I have now had him renovate my laundry room and my main bathroom. And the best part is that Sasha has a pretty good sense of taste and was a great sounding board when I was not sure which way to go in terms of colours, or tiles. I would not hesitate to hire Sasha again and I recommend him to all my friends.

In the course of 2 years TIPEQ performed a few tasks in our house - starting from 5 piece bathroom. Then master suite bathroom - they participated not only in renovation side but also worked on design and helped with choice of wall & floor finishes. Latest project was basement - old and outdated finish had to be modernized. TIPEG had to work with stone veneer, install - completely change flooring (we use the higher quality of engineering flooring, change lighting (install numerous pot lights). Entire house was painted. Quality of work is great. Work day is always starts on time. Staff is polite and accomondating to family's needs. As we had many projects but not performed at the some time and in different seasons it was important to us that the house was resonably clean during renovation and TIPEQ's staff made sure that it was - at the end of the day workers would vacuum working area. Over all we are exteremely satisfied with work and would recommend to out friends.

We hired Sasha on the advice of our kitchen designer and are very happy with our renovation! Sasha and his team were always willing to answer question and take our suggestions but most important - he kept me calm and confident throughout the six week process. Our project came in exactly on budget, which of course was a huge relief. Our kitchen renovation exceeded our expectations. Sasha and his team came into our home to help us finish a renovation (partial basement reno with new spa bathroom, potlights, drywalling & painting on main floor) that we had started on our own and that was taking forever to complete. Sasha was very patient in listening to our concerns and wishes and he came up with a written project plan, a written budget proposal and a contract that allowed the accelerated completion of our project. Sasha and his team paid great attention to detail - Their finishes look great and his methodology is all about doing it right the first time (whereas I as the homeowner would have settled for quite a few shortcuts myself). I can only recommend Sasha and his team....

Randomly found these guys. And the whole thing was worth it! Very professional. They remodeled our master bedroom and bath. Both rooms needed to be painted and the walls were far from perfect. Now we have absolutely straight walls and the paint job has been done really neatly. Very friendly and polite guys.Not to mention that we hardly noticed their presence while they were working in the next room. They also installed all our new appliances. Overall we were pleased with the timing, prices and the whole experience!?
