We hired him for siding job. He said we would pay 20% up front then 60% more after job mostly done then last 20% at completion. After starting immediately came back asking for all the money saying he needed it for product and to pay his workers. I talked to the workers and he owed them money. I only gave money when product was on site and would not pay him balance unless he paid the workers at the time and I made sure the workers were there. We only saw him when he wanted money. Otherwise would not take our calls or listen to concerns about the job
