HRT Appliance Repair

Richard has fixed a few of our appliances over the years. He is prompt, efficient and very fair in his pricing. We have total confidence in him and are so relieved to be able to count on his knowledge and availability.

When our 4 year old Bosch oven failed in the spring, we had it "repaired" by a different company, but it never worked quite right. Recently, when the cookies would not cook, we found that the actual temperature was more than 100 degrees below what was set.
HJT was recommended by a former Bleeker technician. Richard diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and why the previous repair had failed (when replacing the control border, replace the sensor too). He ordered parts and fixed the oven in less than a week.

I've used HRT many times over the years and they've earned my loyalty every time. Today, they stopped by just a couple of hours after my phone call, diagnosed the issue in minutes, told us not to bother with a repair, and ... Charged us nothing! Amazing.

I called to say the ignitor had gone in my gas oven and she took the information and got back to me the same day to say Richard was on his way with the part to fix my oven. You can't ask for better than that.
We have used this company multiple times and will continue to do so.

My washing machine broke on the weekend and I looked to Facebook for appliance repair recommendations. HRT was recommended multiple times so I contacted them. They responded right away and were able to fit me in the next day. He came within the timeframe agreed on and found the issue with minutes and it was fixed very quickly. He charged a very reasonable price for the repair and was super friendly. I would absolutely recommend him.

Richard came early, fixed the problem, tidied up completely and even replaced the water in the dog's dish !! (there was an unfortunate incident of a glass dish falling off the top of the fridge, but the bottle of Gin was saved)

This is THE company to call for appliance repair! Awesome customer service, FAST and cleaned up afterwards! Richard replaced motherboard and defrosted my fridge, cleaned up and was gone in 20 min. So happy with this company!

The ignitor in my gas oven died. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly. Richard came to the house, had the right part with him and was able to get the oven fixed very quickly. (It was obvious he was quite experienced with this type of repair.) I highly recommend!

My dryer had a switch problem and my washer required a $180 part. Excellent service, professional, prompt, expert advice given and expert work completed. Totally honestly priced! Thank you Richard

Richard showed up at the appointment time and date and was able to diagnose the problem with my washing machine within seconds. Courteous and very professional services. I will definitely call him again (but hope I won't have to!).
