Renovating to sell (on a budget)
In less than 6 weeks, Sarah updated our kitchen and our ensuite bathroom along with some other odds and ends with a view to sell it. It sold in less than 5 days with multiple offers! We know that the updates made the difference, especially the ensuite. Sarah really listened to what we wanted and was very conscious of the budget, so when time was an issue, I had no problems in trusting her with the decisions that needed to be made. She didn’t let us down! Her team ( Irish Renovations Inc) is also the best! Those guys go behond what can be expected. All in all, it was a great and mostly stress free renovation in the hands of experts! We were so pleased with the results that we have asked Sarah to lead another major renovation at our lake house.
