We rent our condo for quite a long time and had different tenants. Some really do care and maintain the place in a decent condition, the others just leave a mess. I collaborate with Golden Maids for several years and am very happy with the service and prices they offer for move in/move out cleaning. They helped me out around the house with cleaning the stains and marks I thought were impossible to remove. They pay a special attention to bathrooms and kitchen all the time, using safe products of good quality. No scratches, no marks and always good smell. I had different maids coming but was always satisfied with their approach. Strongly recommend!
