Ostaco Windows And Doors

Garden door with sidelights and palladium window. 2 years old and has leaked from almost day 1. Towels to soak up leaks are wringing out wet after rainfalls. 3 visits by installing company and 1 by Ostaco have not stopped the leaks. The door is now damaged beyond repair and the Ostaco and the company I bought it from have agreed to replace it with a patio door which has been ordered for six months but still not delivered by Ostaco. Fingers crossed that it is not as poorly built as the original door.
