I just renewed my Home Alam system with Grand Alarms which i deal with over 3 years. Fara Fathy (representative)was very helpful and explained all the renewal options including low monthly rate and promotional items. She is a very knowledgable person and i am very happy and satisfied with her customer service. She scheduled our appointment for installtion within the same week. I was introduced to Amanda Powar from Grand Alarms when I purchased my new home and she contacted me to arrange the installation date. I found Amanda extremeley courteous and willing to go out of her way to help me with any questions and concerns I had. The products delivered to me were excellent and I am extremely happy with the service and the products that I purchased from Grand Alarms and Amanda Powar. I contacted Amanda again just recently because during the move I had misplaced some paperwork and she was more than willing to provide me with copies and did so immediately. Thanks Amanda and Grand Alarms for a smooth transition into my new home.

I recently purchase a new home in Richmond Hill area. I heard a lot of good things about Grand Alarms on forum before. I spoke with one of the customer service representative Amanda Powar. She was very informative and helpful. She was able to answer all my inquiry and she was very patient to listen to all my concern on the alarm system. I moved to Brampton earlier this year and was nervous to be in a new neighbourhood. Grand Alarms was recommended by a friend and I haven't regretted my decision to this day! The gentleman who came out to set up the system was professional, patient and explained everything to me in detail and didn't leave until all my questions were answered and I felt confident with my new system. Melinda in Customer Service was very helpful in Collecting & Updating my Grand Alarms Account & Contact Information. Melinda was professional in handling the updates as well as sensitive in offering suggestions regarding further updates. I am happy with my Grand Alarms services & would recommend to family & friends.

I spoke with Melinda in Customer Service and she was helpful in
discussing my Grand Alarms Account details. Melinda apologized
for not effectively communicating the Cancellation Procedure and
provided me with her direct contact information so that I can call
about my account & if she is not able to answer my questions she
will guide me to the right person and she followed up with a an email. Very satisfied with Melinda and her positive attitude even with my frustration she talked to me and was calm and worked with the situation and found a positive resoulition in then end.

Melinda in Customer Service was easy to deal with she offered several Renewal Options
including Lower Monthly Rates and Promotional Items currently available. Melinda
scheduled the installation of our new Video Intercom within the next couple of days &

I was a single mom for 7 years when we finally bought out house and we signed up with Grand Alarms. During those days it was comforting to know that we were protected in the nights, and slept better.

We recently purchased a new home. Our builder partnered with Grand Alarm Systems for the wiring, home alarm system installation and set-up, and home theater system set-up for our home. We could not be happier with their choice of service provider. We met with Angie Gontier, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She reviewed all of our options with us and gave us great advice. She made the meeting very comfortable and she is so easy to talk with. We were happy about the whole experience.
