Grand Alarms

I have been dealing with Grand Alarms Ltd since we bought our new home 6 years ago. The service received from Grand Alarms has been exceptional. They installed our system in less than 4 hours and did an excellent job. Grand is always willing to go the extra mile and will beat any offer on the equipment or monitoring fees. Recently, I had the pleasure of dealing with Silvana Russo. The service she provided and the willingness to provide upgrades at no cost or very minimal cost was just fantastic. We just had a complete system check and a new battery backup installed at no cost to us!!! She exceeded all of our expectations. We are extremely pleased with Grand Alarms and the service they provide. Keep up the excellent work.

After much research in finding an alarm company to set up and provide alarm monitoring for my home, I am very pleased to have chosen Grand Alarm. Their price, product and service are excellent. Leo, our service rep, came and made arrangements for everything, and Mike the installer was excellent !!!

With this being my first home EVERYTHING is new for me. I've had a lot of questions and concerns and wanted to ensure I wasn't taken advantage of in ANY area. When it came to my dealings with Grand Alarms everything was on the up and up! The details were clear. They walked me through everything that I needed and made me feel comfortable. In the latter part of getting ready for my home, I had mainly to deal with Amanda Powar. She was great. She answered all my questions; she was patient and in the end I wasn't unsure about anything. I enjoyed me intereactions with her and if there's every a chance I have to call in for anything in the future, I feel very comfortable asking to speak with her directly. Thanks Amanda :-)

Sales rep Bav and Daniel also did good job accomodating my schedule and explaining products.

Angela was very friendly and accommodating with fitting us in on a busy Saturday. She went through all our options and never pressured us into buying anything. After giving us privacy to talk about what we wanted, she came back and finished our deal quickly, even throwing in a couple of extras. It was a great experience.

I would like to thank Silvana Russo from Grand Alarms, she was very professional, helpful and friendly. We renewed with Grand Alarms for 3 more year and also received upgrades.

I have called to renewal for my service and their rep. Silvana Russo took care off everything. She offer to upgarde to my service. They perform checks on the system and extended warranty for the equipment at no charge. I have no complaint for their service. Very prompt and timeliness.
