Grand Alarms

I called Grand Alarms with a question about my alarm keypad and I was assisted immediately. In the process of the conversation, I also expressed my concern about one of my alarm sensors that didn't seem to be responding immediately. The customer service representative set up a time and date that was convenient for me to have a service man come and look at it at no charge. I found the customer service at Grand Alarms to be very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good alarm company to deal with.
