I called Grand Alarms to advise that I would like to shift to Rogers monitoring as I was annoyed as the door beeps were not loud enough for us to hear them in Kitchen or family room.
Rajveer Kaur, not only took care of my issues but also convinced me to stay with the company. She is an excellent customer service rep and a sales agent.
