I brought my first home and was looking for a home security company which could provide quality and competitive pricing. I did not was some fly by night company who just started doing home alarm services. I was forwarded by a friend to Grand Alarms, who has been using them for years. I was very happy with the customer service and product. They meet up with me in person at a time which worked for me. In the one on one meeting, we went through want I was looking for and answered all of my questions. I liked the product selection and that they were able to meet my price range without limiting my level of security in my home ($25 per month). When they came to install the hardware, the technician made sure I understood how to use the system, provided be a quick notes booklet which would give basic reference how to use the system. Grand Alarms is very reliable and professional, and I will recommend them for Home Security Alarm and Home Automation Products.
