Thank you Grand Alarms! We just recently moved into our new home and chose Grand Alarms for all our security and home automation services.
The Neo alarm works great, and we really love the Control 4 system. We also had them install our vacuum. All the installers completed the work in a timely matter and worked around my schedule to make sure it was convienent for me. The alarm installer also showed me how to use the ALARM.COM app which is very user friendly and a must have in my opinion.
Thanks once again, and I will continue to use Grand Alarms for many years to come.
