Andrew did a wonderful job. I like the door that he did. He worked with care and professionalism. He paid attention to each small detail. His business ethics, communication and dedication to his work make him one of the best professionals in this business that I met. He was very patient in order to understand our desires and open to make any custom design without changing the price. His doors are unique with a high quality and our neighbors noticed it immediately. I would recommend Andrew to all my friends who need to change the look of their doors.

Andrew showed up at my house ready to insert my choice of glass. Before even beginning his install he took the time to make sure we understood what and how he was going to do this. Patience; Andrew has lots of. You can notice how much he enjoys a happy customer. Not only did he install my beautiful glass insert he put new hinges, aligned the doors, changed the weather stripping, door trim and more. Other companies I was talking to said they will come and install the inserts no more than 1.5 hours. Andrew on the other hand was at my house for approx. 4 hours why???Because he takes pride in his work and will not leave until its done to his high standards. He adds in all the extra things to make every job 100%. Andrew is truly amazing at his job and cares about leaving his work looking perfect. Furthermore, Andrew from Lusso Glass is a "Perfectionist" this is the only way I could honestly describe him. Thank you so very Andrew!

Sept 2012- Andrew did an amazing job! He took the time to do the little things like adjusting the door, replaced existing locks and hinges so the door is secured & smooth upon closing. This past weekend Andrew installed beautiful glass door inserts on our entry doors and transom. These have only been up only a few days and neighbours (who had their inserts done by other companies) are raving at the quality, beauty and uniqueness of our doors. He truly created something that stands out from the rest and his work has not been unnoticed.

Andrew not only installed the glass inserts, but took the time to initially sit with us and go over which inserts and paint colours would go best on our home. He also mocked up on the computer, how these would look on our home.

On the day of install, not only did he install the glass inserts, he also went above and beyond by sanding, painting and re-aligning the doors. He also installed our new door handles. The door now feels solid through and through. He spent hours at our home perfecting every detail, where others would rush through.

He also created and installed a custom script address for my parents new home which stand out as the best script address on their street!

A great guy and a true craftsman. I'd recommend Andrew to anyone looking for glass door inserts.
