Mastergrade did a great job on our stucco moulding. In particulare, Serge, was a true craftsman who took great pride in his work and satisfying his customers tastes. They were very reasonably priced and accomodated additional changes as required without piling on additional costs.

The only reason i did not give them a 10 is the exceptionally long time they took to finish the job...but we are very happy with the end result.

I own a design build construction company in the GTA and was having trouble finding a stucco company to do the quality of work I demand. Not only did MasterGrade meet my standards but they did it on time and budget. Right from the start Jeff was great through the quoting process with great knowledge of the products and options available. On site Serge was a pleasure to deal with, he had a great sense of humor and a smile on his face. He always answered questions and had a great eye for detail. In the office Josa was on the ball always forwarding important information and Max was quick to reply and meet my needs. Again it was a pleasure working with MasterGrade and I will definitely be using them for future projects.

There was some delays and it took some calls and emails to Max but then they reassigned the project to Serge and he worked quickly, was willing to address our concerns and did a good job and we are happy with the end result.

MasterGrade Stucco was easy to work with on site. Forces were accommodating and very efficient. Willing and able to work with changes on the fly without interruption to work. 10 out of 10.

We were actually very impress by how big this company is for a stucco contractor. They hae something like 3 estimators, 3 project managers and god knows how many crews. This was really new for us when dealing with contractors, because they are more like a "real" company. What this means is that they were able to quote very quickly, and star and finish very quickly also. Service was always timely and professional. Thanks very much for work well done.
