This may have been a coincidence however the politeness and professionalism we experienced laid to rest any skepticism. The representative that they sent to our home repaired our washer quickly and without repeat visits. We understood that we had to purchase an additional part, however it was inexpensive and the repair was completed within the day. I recommend calling A A before any other company. While I only dealt with one representative. He was very professional and polite. I would feel safe with him repairing a product in my home again.
