Andrei and Paulo were very professional. Andrei got back to me within 24 hours of my call, he visited and provided an estimate within 3 days, and the project was scheduled to start 2 weeks later.

They removed my old carpet and installed laminate (plus new baseboard trim) in two rooms within 3 days. I was very pleased with the end result and their attention to detail.

The price included labour and materials, so I think it was quite reasonable. I look forward to hiring them again for future projects.

Andrei and his crew did a fantastic job, and the floor in our renovated home office looks amazing! They kept the work area clean every evening, minimized dust and disruption, and were very thorough and careful in installing, sanding and staining the oak floor to match existing flooring. A close match was what we had been warned by several contractors would be the hardest job, and we are really happy we went with Tip Top! Andrei gave us the most competitive quote and took time to explain upfront any issues that might arise with matching the stain. When it came to matching, they showed us how various combinations of colour would look, made an additional colour when we weren't completely sure about the versions they had, and then did an amazing job finishing and staining to match. This was a small job, but they took a great deal of care to ensure that the final product was perfect - I could not be happier!

We were very pleased with the service, quality of work and cost. This was replacing the floors in our investment property. We did vinyl on the floor and carpet on the stairs (we have a two story loft).

Andre answered all of our calls and emails, he gave us great and helpful advice. We had actually originally looked at purchasing a specific flooring from somewhere else, not only was Andre able to find the same product, he was able to beat the price we were provided by the other retailer.
