Adrian and his team installed, sanded, stained & Varathaned new oak floors on my third floor. They did an excellent job of matching existing oak floors on the ground floor. They were conscientious and delightful to have in my home. I highly recommend Adrian and his team.

I called in a panic to repair my damaged floors before month's end, he fit us in between jobs and did a fantastic job. We were so grateful. Very affordable.

Tip Top Flooring did an excellent job installing hardwood flooring in our older south etobicoke home. Adrian was honest and reliable. He did everything he said he would on time and within budget. His installers are true artists and professionals. In older homes there are all kinds of hidden surprises but not for Adrian and his team. They took everything in stride and did a fantastic job. Truly and experienced team. I will be thanking Tip Top Flooring for many years while I enjoy my beautiful floors.

Adrian was very helpful with his advice that was best for our needs and budget. His costs were better than most competitors but I found the communication with him was good, which was a deciding factor to go with TipTop. He also followed up to address some minor things, some were no fault of his team. That's good customer service.
My only criticism is that the team removing the old flooring could have been more careful to not damage the walls when pulling out the baseboards.
I would definitely recommend TipTop and use him again in the future.

I found TipTop Flooring on Homestars this past summer to replace the wood floor in my basement after a flood. Adrian came to see the job and promptly provide me a competitive quote. There were a lot of moving parts to my entire basement renovation, so I had to change the start date for the floor multiple times. Luckily Adrian was understanding and moved his other jobs around in order to accommodate my request for date change. Once I gave him the green-light to start the job, he had two guys come in and they worked fast, clean and did a very nice job. I received good work, at a good price and it was done one time – so I would definitely use TipTop again for any future jobs.

Inspire Homes designs and builds custom homes, house addition, and renovations. We have been using TipTop Flooring since 2008 for hardwood floor refinishing, staircase refinishing, and hardwood and laminate flooring installations. They show up on time, the quality of the work is good, and the price is fair. In the rare case where there has been a problem, they have returned promptly to correct the issue. They will continue to by our #1 choice for all our hardwood installation and refinishing needs!

They were very helpful and completed the job fast and efficient. They were consensus and well prepared for the job at hand. I was very pleased with everything that they were hired to do. They pricing was fair.

Adrian and his team were incredibly easy to work with. They were punctual, efficient and very hard working. They had to work around our other contractors and appliances, lay new floor and do some repairs along the way and all of the work was done with great care and attention to detail. Work was done around our schedule, sometimes late into the evening. They were on time, on budget and just a pleasure to work with. We ended up sanding and staining 1300 sq ft of oak floor (which was no less than 4 different colours from the factory), 4 stairs, and 4 pine beams in our sunroom.

I would not hesitate to recommend Tip Top to anyone in the GTA.

TipTop Flooring is top quality and great value. TipTop Flooring did a wonderful job installing engineered hardwood floor throughout the first floor of our Annex home. The team was professional, courteous and delivered a wonderful project on time and on budget. The job was not without complexity, requiring leveling in certain areas and parts of the floor needing glue, etc. We look forward to working with the TipTop Flooring team again when we tackle our second floor!
