Andrei went above and beyond for my flooring job!! I had to replace old carpet and hardwood flooring on my rental condo when the tenant moved out. Andrei came by and provided a fair quote for the work to lay down new vinyl plank flooring. The job was more complicated than expected once he removed the subfloor, but he was flexible, proactive and did an amazing job finishing the work.

The thing I really appreciated the most was the personal service - he came by my place in advance of the job on a weekend to show me the sample of flooring, and ensure I was happy with it before ordering. And on the last day, he stayed late to make sure all the new baseboard, shoe mould and transitions were laid down, drywall repairs were made, along with helping me put back doors for the laundry area.

Fantastic service. I had the work done remotely, as I was overseas living. Andrea and team were awesome to work with. Straight up and honest. The floors were 60 years old, pretty rough and now...they look new. Lightened the color from dark stain to natural, sanded and then refinished my stairs. The workmanship is spot on. Andrei kept me in the loop, sent me photos. The job was done on-time and on-budget. When I got back to Toronto, it was all done, clean, tidy and beautiful. I har to redo my floors in order to sell my house. They were in rough shape. Untouched for 40 years minimum. Now my house is bright and clean and the workers couldnt have been nicer undated me through the process and showed me all options available to me. Im very satisfied.

Andrei and his team were amazing. We bought a 70 year old bungalow with plans to sand and stain the hardwood. Andrei came to quote us but warned us our floors had been sanded too many time already and it wouldn't be a good idea. After doing more research I agreed with him and we decided to rip out the old hardwood (which was <1/2 inch thick at this point) and install engineered hardwood. Andrei and his team handled all the demo and installation of new floors. They also added screws to our existing subfloor to make it less squeaky (unfortunately not all the squeaks were fixed which is my only point against Tip Top). The most impressive thing was that the sanded/stained our stairs and railing to match the floor. They did this to completion, but my wife and I thought the colour wasn't a perfect match so Andrei stood behind his word and sanded and stained them again at no extra cost (I was amazed at his commitment to quality). The second time he nailed the colour near perfectly. It's been over a year and everything is holding up well.

Andrei and his team removed our old sagging oak floor (from the 1800's) then installed a subfloor to create a level base, and then installed engineered hardwood. The project was done on schedule and on budget. With an old house there were some unique challenges and the team figured out how to make it work and look great. I highly recommend him and would hire them again.
