We moved into our house in late spring, and I wasn't sure when the furnace had last been serviced, so I asked Robin to do a service check up, just to make sure it was running smoothly. He came by the next day, checked everything, and showed me how to change the filters (different type than our old house.) He was extremely helpful, and I plan to call him when we eventually upgrade to a more efficient furnace. Didn't want to wait until the first cold snap to find out there was a problem. Thanks, Robin!
