I called de luxe alarm today for some concern and spoke with Melinda Luckasavitch
regarding my Alarms Account & i am very satisfied with the services that i am getting
from her and from her company "Deluxe Alarms" & i would certainly recommend Deluxe Alarms to all my family & friends for
their security needs...Melissa is very pleasant to speak with and surely with her positive attitude she can help a lot of customer who has question and concern about the alarm system....

Deluxe Alarms installed the alarm monitoring and speaker systems throughout our house. In the past 3 years, we have found that the quality of the materials and installation is excellent. The speakers have no distortion even thought they have been well utlized!! As far as alarm monitoring is concerned, their service is great - when going away on vacation, you can set how long various contact numbers stay valid for which is a time-saver for me since I do not have to contact them upon my return. In discussions with Silvana, we received a great deal when the time came to have our agreement renewal discussion.

Melinda Luckasavitch was great! She was helpful in collecting & updating our Deluxe Alarm account information as well
as requesting a new pass card that was sent out immediately. She was very personable and warm, and a pleasure to deal with, a definite plus considering most businesses use automated systems that take an hour to get you through to customer service!....My family & I are very happy with our Deluxe Alarms services; they are quick to respond when the alarm has been set off by us on rare slepy mornings, they were in and out quickly for installation, we have never had an issue, the price is right.... We would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable system and company!

Silvana of Delux Alarms was Great and very friendly! I received an upgraded system at no charge and the monthly service charge was reduced. Silvana was able to answer questons as was prompt in getting back to me with answers to questions that she had to look into.
