Elite Appliance Service – Toronto

Had a problem with my 6 month old samsung dishwasher. Samsung works with Elite in my area and sent the repair request to them. Lo and behold - I didn't need to chase down an appointment - they actually reached out and contacted me a very short time after Samsung issued the order. (You know how rare this is!)

The communication with their dispatch was exceptional - the Elite team kept in touch with me, booking confirming and changing my appointment time (at my request) by text as I preferred. The repairman was early and dealt with the issue while providing me with tips for my dishwasher. He left the site clean and tidy. Great service experience!

It was an amazing service from Benjamin (Samsung). Our Samsung dishwasher had a little bit of a problem with finishing up our load and drying our dishes. We are not that familiar with all the settings on the dishwasher, but he helped us a lot. Thanks so much! Our dishwasher is better than ever!

When our high-end refrigerator stopped working properly we wanted to ensure we had reputable help. From the initial phone call to the actual repair and follow up we found Elite personnel to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Work order 225261

WO ref 226124. Elite was able to squeeze me in for an emergency repair despite all techs being booked. Tech arrived at 2:03pm for 2-5pm time slot. Very efficient and able to diagnose and repair within 30 mins. I would definite use and recommend them.

The technician was very helpful in troubleshooting and escalating the warranty issue to the manufacturer. Very courteous, respectful, easy to schedule with. Left his contact information and explained what I needed to provide once I did the next load of laundry, using his suggestions, so he could properly escalate if needed. Highly recommend. Elite Appliances are professional, courteous and knowledgable. I have used them to service my dryer that stopped blowing hot air.
The experience was very positive from the first call to make the appointment through to the end repair. The technician was knowledgable and what I was really impressed with is that fact that he brought the part that he thought would be needed (based on the information I supplied when making the appointment). And he was right - so there was no to "order the part" which was great. He also provided great advice -beyond just fixing the dryer- he insisted that the dryer vents/ducts be cleaned prior to using the dryer. So glad I took his advice because the blocked ducts were indeed the problem that had caused the part to "blow". I will use Elite Appliances again!
