I was amazed with the speedy and accurate communication from Elite Appliance, and the technician (Ray), who sent me a message 20 minutes prior to arrival. He came on time, checked my dishwasher, and discovered the fault in less than 5 minutes. He was proffessional, and conducted the maintance, with spare parts being immediately available. He completed the work and fixed the machine. I am very satisfied. I would strongly recommend Elite Appliance!

This is the second time Elite has done service and it's a pleasure to work with them. Got emails and texts about status and work was done in timely fashion.

The Elite Appliance technician was able to diagnose the issues with our refrigerator water dispenser and built in oven heating/fan issue quickly and made practical recommendations to limit our total expenses for both. He seemed very knowledgeable about both appliances. I would use them again.

Highly recommend , the technician send was very skilled and answer all our questions about your Samsung washer. He was very patient as the machine was not showing the error code as of yet. He have us some good suggestion that would avoid future problems

Elite diagnosed a tilting upper rack on an LG dishwasher as being caused by faulty rails. Quoted over $350 to replace rails. I later determined issue of tilting upper rack was actually caused by incorrect re-installation of levers supporting the rack (levers reversed). Once levers correctly installed issue was resolved. Elite won't refund the fee for the incorrect diagnosis. Won't admit they made a mistake on an incorrect diagnosis.

I have a GE Profile side by side fridge freezer. The fridge is icing up at the coils behind the fresh food draw. Elite sent a tech who spent much of the time on his phone getting instructions from his colleagues. He eventually diagnosed a faulty Thermistor. He returned to instal a new one. It didn't work. Made no difference at all to the issue at hand. A different service guy then came and diagnosed the main control board needed to be replaced at a cost of just shy of 500 bucks. I called Elite to understand if they Would stand behind their diagnosis and repair this time - I explained I wasn't keen to pay twice for the same issue and still have no resolution. They don't. If they don't fix the issue there is no refund. Essentially you get a 'free' visit from another service person who re-diagnoses the issue and then charges you yet again to come back and attempt to fix it! Given Elite's stance on this I bought a main control board and changed it myself (saving 220 bucks in the process and taking me less than 10 minutes being easier to do than taking on Lego with the kids). It didn't solve the issue either, but at least I saved 220 bucks.
