The work completed was under warranty and due to covid there were lots of delays. However, Elite provided constant updates as to when the parts were to come in and when the labour was expected to happen. I appreciated that bc just when I thought I was forgotten, there came another text update. Today the job was completed and I was very pleased with the whole thing. They were quick and courteous. Thank you!
