(Work order 427366) Just had our Samsung fridge serviced. It was not cooling anymore. It was fridge that we inherited with our new home . The customer service was very responsive . Our technician Was very knowledgeable , respectful and professional. During this awe full pandemic we are grateful for the the safety protocols we received . We will definitely use them again
