Company was responsive and scheduled a call on Xmas eve...technicians were very professional and determined the problem quickly. Parts were ordered and they were timely and a follow up call was scheduled promptly. Fixed our Viking dual energy professional range to our complete satisfaction. The company was a pleasure to deal with and the techs were fantastic.
We called Elite as our oven has been dead for months now...another supposedly certified repair company with nice looking web ads tried for months and several visits.
Elite did the first call Dec 24th and it was fixed on Jan 6th.
This company should have been our first call...fast, experienced and honest.
