Nathan was fabulous!
Our dryer arrived with a cracked control panel, and the company that sold us the appliance arranged for a repair. The repair man never showed, so we asked if they could arrange with another company. Elite Appliance Service came and saved the day! They texted beforehand to confirm the repair window, and sent a subsequent text when the technician was on his way. He was was fast, on time, and tidy. I would highly recommend their work and service.
