Very professional customer care
When I contacted Samsung Canada for an authorized repair contractor to deal with the warming drawer that got stuck open, they gave me the number of a company that couldn't even book an appointment within 48 hours of getting a request. On day 3 I went onto Samsung's website and found Elite. The telephone agent who took my call gave me a detailed explanation of what the company charges and how they follow through. I had an appointment set up within 24 hours, a confirmation by text and a text when the technician was 10 minutes away from arrival during the promised time window. Now that is service as it should be done.
