Hire these guys only if you like being treated like a number rather than a human being. It took them over a week to come look at the appliance after the initial request was made. They must train their call centre staff to say ma'am repeatedly to make it sound like they care about your situation cause I've never been "ma'amed" so much in my whole life. The technician that eventually came told us something completely different to us from what the final assessment said. We could never get a straight answer from anyone because they bounce you around to different call centre staff who just read from a script of what they've been told to say. They just do the bidding of the big appliance companies. It is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I will never hire these guys or recommend them to anyone.
