Brian from Fluery & Sons has been my go to guy for furnace repairs and maintenance for over 6 years! In each of the last 2 cold seasons I have had a tenant call me panicking over a no heat situation. The first time it happened Brian assured me he would not end his day without somehow fitting my emergency in. Of course it is the coldest day of the year, and I am not the first caller. He made more than one trip that day to diagnose, chase down parts, and finally repair. True to his word, my tenant was warm before he went home. This week it happened again (-35C). As before, the issue was resolved promptly and the tenant is again comfortable. Brian has also installed the ducting on a 1910 house being converted to forced air for me. He was not the lead contractor on the install, but his professionalism put him to the top of our list for future HVAC needs. Brian has also handled my furnace maintenance on 8 units. As a landlord, there is no greater comfort than leaving a message late at night, knowing full well the situation is in good hands, and will be taken care of promptly. Job sites were always left clean, and the billing was reasonable. You pay peanuts - you get monkeys! Brian will definitely have the HVAC responsibilities on our next community development project of over 20 homes.
